Students are required to validate their English proficiency through internationally recognised English language tests-IELTS and TOEFL.

- For English 7: An overall score of 7.0 band and no section less than 6 band
- For English 6: An overall score of 6.5 band and no section less than 5.5 band
- For English 5: An overall score of 5.5 and no section less than 5 band

TOEFL
The TOEFL-
Test of English as a Foreign Language evaluates the candidate’s ability to use and understand English language. The TOEFL scores are used to evaluate English Language Proficiency of the candidate’s who wish to pursue their education in Sweden.
Paper-Based
- For English 7: A score of 4.5 (on scale 1-6) in written test, therefore the total score of 600
- For English 6: A score of 4.5 (on scale 1-6) in written test, a total score of 575
- For English 5: A score of 4.0 (on scale 1-6) in written test, a total score of 530
Internet-based
- For English 7: A score of 20 (on scale 1-30) in written test, a total score of 100
- For English 6: A score of 20 (on scale 0-30) in written test, a total score of 90
- For English 5: A score of 17 (on scale 0-30) in written test, a total score of 72
Submission of TOEFL Test Results
All TOEFL test results are required to be sent directly from Educational Testing Service (ETS) to the University Admissions in Sweden. The institution code of University Admissions in Sweden is "Sweden 3477". You need to provide this code so that your results can reach the University Admissions.
